Cleveland Woke Up Rasheed Wallace

Vintage Rasheed Wallace is back playing for the Detroit Pistons, and the rest of the National Basketball Association (NBA) teams have the Cleveland Cavaliers to blame.

Since his awesome days in Portland, Oregon, it seems Rasheed Wallace is back to being a force in the offensive end once again. Since Arvydas Sabonis retired, Rasheed's production was reduced from 20 to 25 point-barrages to 10 and below.

After the Pistons' home-and-home series against the Cavaliers, Rasheed woke up shooting and did he ever shoot the basketball good.

In the first Detroit-Cleveland game, Rasheed found himself playing for almost 30 minutes and dropping 15 points.

Not bad. But the story here was Rasheed's scoring barrage in the second game.

Playing in a hostile Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Rasheed literally torched the Cavaliers as he went for 36 minutes to score a team-high 24 points.

Rasheed was just deadly in the offensive end, especially from downtown, as 'The Sheed' went .500 from 3-point range, shooting 4-8.

Incredible. Especially for a power forward like him who is programmed to attack the paint.

Rasheed Wallace is not known for his 3-point shooting ability but after this game, the rest of the NBA will finally recognize this from his offensive repertoires.
